BIO

HNS-1 Band
of the
Michael Winslow Experience

Tab Warwick.

Tab's background reads like the classic example of the working musician.

Excelling in percussion at High School, he quickly rose to the top of the Virginia regional drumming fraternity, and was recognized as a young Gene Krupa or Buddy Rich.

He's toured the U.S., working with the premier Beatles tribute bands, "Band On The Run" and "Penny Lane" for several years.

He's worked as writer/producer on numerous corporate video projects for a number of years, working for Master Traxx Productions, with credits too numerous to mention.

Recently, Tab completed work as the Producer on the album "It's Just A Nam Thing", working with Veterans to produce an album worthy of their story. It has been universally greeted with acclaim. Check it out at www.itsjustanamthing.com

John Alvarez. Guitar

John began his musical career in Miami, working as First Chair Cello in an orchestra by day, and guitar in the punk band N.I.V. ("Needle in Vain") by night. He also worked with Steve Kirkland and his Jazz band as a drummer, and had lots of fun in a Primus cover band.

After moving to Orlando, John was quickly working on studio projects of the caliber of Grammy Award winning Juan Pericles at Full Sail, Orlando, FL.

It was while working with Vocalist Jacqueline Gray that he met Grahame Hicks, who's worked with Stevie Wonder and Giovanni Hidalgo. Together they worked on numerous projects, collecting significant local acclaim.

This eclectic mix is exactly what brought him to the attention of the Michael Winslow Experience. He brings a diversity and rhythmic base to the guitar, lending color and versatility to this musical show.

Adam Pooler. Keyboards

Growing up as an Army Brat meant that Adam has played with more bands than he can remember.

While living in Mexico, he worked with a Latin based band called "Napethe".

Later, he worked with a band signed to Polygram, "Silent Insanity." In Jacksonville, he was the keyboardist for a rock outfit called "Corey".

In Orlando, he's worked with original pub band "The Regulars", and the "Gratefull Dead" inspired "Tao Jonesers."

Now that he's with the MWE, he's sharing his background with us, making us all work harder to keep up to him.
